By accessing and using A2GPhotos ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

A2GPhotos provides a service to synchronize photos from iCloud Shared Albums to Google Photos. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change or termination at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content of the albums you sync and must ensure you have the necessary rights to the photos contained therein.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. A2GPhotos makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall A2GPhotos be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
