Common Questions

Why isn't my sync starting?

Syncs are processed in the background. If you're on the Free Tier, make sure you haven't exceeded your 100 photo limit. For Pro users, large albums may take some time to queue.

Do you store my photos?

No. We stream photos directly from iCloud to Google Photos. We only store metadata to track what has been synced.
